"Nasty sofa bed mattress"

Nasty sofa bed mattress. It had what looked to be pee stains on it and dead bugs. The kitchen floor was dirty, but that wasn’t as big of a deal. We informed the front desk staff of these problems when we checked out. One lady said that she’d provide some HH points, but we haven’t received any, even after following up by phone.

We stayed here because our kids were playing in a baseball tournament. The staff was great except we would get home from ball games pretty late and had really hungry kids who were tired of fast food. The pool area has two grills… but the pool closes at 10 and we rarely got home before 9 each night. Kim kicked us out of the pool area while we were trying to feed our children- two nights- because it was 10:30. I understand having to close the pool at a certain time, but after playing multiple baseball games in the heat all day long, our kids were hungry and tired. They were not in or anywhere near the pool while they were eating their dinner… thought it was kinda unreasonable to not let us fix dinner for our family. Friday night, one of the male staff members at the front desk made a comment about how he had complaints that our team was way too noisy… we only had two kids! He obviously was mistaken, but was argumentative and threatened to kick us out!

"Quick Weekend Getaway"

Like the price, room soze, kitchen, that is was pet friendly, and the amazing customer service from the staff.

Sofa bed was old, worn, and outdated but we were provided sufficient, clean linens.
