I emailed and asked for a ground floor room with a view of the parking lot. The requested room was ready and waiting. The front desk clerk could not have been nicer.

The staff were very friendly and helpful with some questions I had prior to arrival. There were a couple things in the room that were dirty when we arrived, but we did see housekeeping staff frequently making rounds to the rooms. The room otherwise was comfortable. The location near the highway sometimes made it difficult to get out of the area due to backed up traffic.

"A little disappointed this time"

We stay at this hotel everytime we go back and forth to Fl. This time my room smelled strange , the glasses in side cupboard were literally STUCK inside cabinet . There was Paint on the bed skirt and the couch looked like I needed to be replaced . I am a travel agent so I pay very close attention to everything . The ice machine didn’t work on floor 3 either . The lady checking us in however was lovely , Kind and sweet . Hopefully it was just our room needing some TLC
