I made a reservation to stay here about 1 month in advance on Expedia. There was a group of us staying there moving our girls into college. The hotel called me at 1:00 in the afternoon of checkin day to say that they didn't have a room for me as they were overbooked. I explained that I was staying there with a group of friends and they didn't care and just say "call Expedia to get you a new hotel". As I was by myself and in a strange place, I was not happy with this but luckily Expedia did find me a room in another hotel. My friends who did end up staying there said the rooms were not very clean and it was probably a good thing that I got bumped.

Please understand that this place has TWO tv stations and one is FOX NEWS and the other is some kind of SALES station. Very bad management and Very bad breakfast.

Our room was so big, it was perfect for a family of four and a dog. Also, it had so many features and products in the room to make us feel right at home.

The television had only a few channels to watch, about six. Also, the doors to the buildings are so heavy, which made it difficult to bring all our stuff up to our room and back out when it was time to leave, especially with my mother being in a wheelchair. Additionally, besides the friendly office staff, the housekeepers and maintenance staff seemed very nosey and stared a lot for no reason whatsoever, which was a bit uncomfortable.
