Had to wait for a person to check me in. Given key cards for an occupied room. Had to wait at 7:30 pm for room to be cleaned

The shower too small not space for shower comfortably

The main positives of our stay were the convenient location, the lower cost, and the room layout, which we did like.

The staff were not very friendly or helpful when we needed assistance. At breakfast, for example, the pancake machine wasn’t working properly and was producing much smaller pancakes. When my wife mentioned it to a staff member, they simply looked at the machine and then simply replied, “Well, there isn’t anything I can do about it.” We had also booked a King-sized room, but the bed we received was smaller than a queen. When we brought this up to the staff, they told us we would have to contact Booking.com since we had booked through them. After confirming with Booking.com that our reservation was indeed for a King-sized room, we were moved to a different room the following day and the hotel offered a $50 credit, which we appreciated. However, at checkout I noticed we were still charged the full amount. When I asked the front desk about it, I was told there was nothing they could do since it was a third-party booking. After pressing further, the receptionist reluctantly gave me a copy of my invoice, but also told me I wasn’t supposed to receive one. I’ve stayed at many hotels booked through third-party sites, and this is the first time I’ve ever been told I couldn’t have a copy of my invoice—very odd. On top of that, the hallways had a very strong odor, as if heavy cleaners or perfumes were being used to mask cigarette smoke. When we asked about it, staff insisted the property is 100% smoke-free. Unfortunately, the smell made my wife physically sick, though thankfully our room itself did not have the odor. Overall, we left very disappointed. A few years ago, we stayed here and had a wonderful experience, but it seems the quality has gone downhill. Despite the lower price compared to other hotels, we’re not sure we’ll be returning.

Staff - very nice people

The location was nice.

Staff were very unfriendly. Cleanliness was terrible. Blood on bed, hair everywhere, already used soap left in shower, no extra bedding for the pull out couch.

It was located close to shopping and restaurants. Shower was great and the water was hot.

#1-it had roaches all in the kitchen and dead roaches behind the dresser in the bedroom. I will provide a picture of a dead roach in the kitchen. #2-The phone in room 231 didn’t work and when I made the front desk aware she said that Matance was gone for the evening and someone would take care of it the next day but, that never happened. #3-Sink in bathroom was clogged up.

The condo was easily accessed. Great location for our baseball tournament.

There was a BBQ but we couldn't use it.

Room was filthy. Carpet looked like it had not been vacuumed in years. Doors are dirty and couch is broken. Grounds are not maintained. On the other hand, breakfast was good and the shower worked well.
