Bed was very noisy and seemed worn out, I’m questioning if sheets were even changed.

Honestly, the most disgusting hotel i have ever been in. all you have to do is keep the place clean. The carpets were dirty.The hotel rooms were dirty.

Excellent staff. Good temperatures in room. Tub and grout need to be replaced. No competitive hotels in this area. Comfortable 2nights. Linens have been stained every time I’ve stayed here so maybe they need to invest in new.

Breakfast was good

Asked for a handicapped accessible room but was denied because I need 2 beds. No roll in shower. Asked for a shower chair. I was told they didn't have one. Room was small as well as doorway to get wheelchair through and turned around. Very disappointing

Clean quiet rooms

Unfortunately the elevator was broken. Made taking dog out a little more complicated. The receptionist put did try to accommodate us by putting us on second floor. That was helpful!

The bed made squeaky noise every time you moved. Also there was a floss stick left in bathroom on floor from previous guest and chair next to bed was stained and dirty from a previous guest spill.additionally, there was no darkening shade on the window and the parking lot light came in the window all nigh. 😕

Our plumbing went out and this hotel was close by. We stayed for an emergency, I'd never stay here again. This hotel is really run down. You can tell noone cares about it. The shower is disgusting with stains all over the shower curtains. I'm fairly certain there are homeless people sleeping in the lobby at night. Both nights there were people sleeping on the couches in the lobby. The little shop is not stocked. The breakfast was old and gross and I could not eat it. I gave it 2 stars only because the bed was very comfortable and it's very close to home and the price was good for the emergency I had. Oh and we were told that the elevator was broken... so we had to carry everything up the stairs and we had to change our king size bed for 2 queens so we could be on a lower level floor. Only to be told at check out that the elevator was not broken when we saw people using it.

My wife and I had a very pleasant four-day stay over Christmas. It was always restful returning to our room after busy days of visiting relatives. The entire facility was very clean. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Very good pricing. Only glitch was the desk chair had a broken roller, but the staff replaced it first thing. Would enthusiastically recommend this property for a stay.
