"Stephanie M. should and needs to be fired."

Stephanie M. was awful and did nothing when confronted about the noise that her drunk underage daughter and her friends were making while they had small baby as well as some other young children with therm. The smell of alcohol and marijuana was beyond UNACCEPTABLE and I do NOT recommend staying here by any means. If you have your own children stay away from this hotel. Not sure why La Quinta Inn would hire someone like that and let that employee let her underage daughter and her friends stay so they can party and bother the patrons. Stephanie M. needs to be fired and both her and her daughters family investigated by DFS for using drugs and drinking. This hotel will be reported to the BBB and will be hopefully be investigated by police for allowing her underage daughter to get drunk and smoke marijuana with children nearby.

"My Hotel Stay"

I was in Festus Mo. Was there for 7 months. The front desk girls are great. Shelly I really liked her she go's out of her way to help you. But the rest of it was problems.The heater kept kicking off had to get on floor and plug it in.the water was brown and you had to let run a few minutes. Then had had other things go wrong threw out my stay.

"COMFORTABLE"

STAFF WAS VERY NICE

The very moment i stepped in the door to check in, THE SMELL OF DOG POOP HIT CHA RIGHT IN THE FACE, it was horrible i did let the clerk know immediately but the inside was clean and tidy. The very moment my partner stepped in the door in which wa s about 3 minutes after me he noticed the smeel of dog poop immediately as well and was very loud about it because it was so intense..... I think when quest take their dogs out to do their business, they need to clean it up because their was alot of dog poop all in the grass and all around the premises. otherwise the beds were very comfortable hallways were very clean and rooms as well, very well stocked with towels and all around comfortable.

Comfortable and clean

We stay here at least once a year and the prices keep going up so I am thinking we will be looking at other alternatives.
