All team members I encountered were exceptional. The blonde woman was especially helpful and got me set up on the computer to print some documents. Location was perfect, surrounded by eateries and shops. Parking was no trouble at all. Sufficient charging outlets.

Some of the wear and tear on the doors/ bed / nightstands. Items were in need of an upgrade or replacement.

Convenient, easy to find, adequate parking, close to everything.

The breakfast buffet is not as good as in the past. Specifically, the sausage gravy now is like wallpaper paste, and the breakfast danish were old and starting to go stale. We don't mind paying extra to stay at Quality Inn, because they provide breakfast with the room, but, unless you're crazy about waffles, there's not much else available.
