"Old outdated not clean and very noisy."

We went to get breakfast at 9:30 on Sunday. And there was so little there and no one in site. So we left and got breakfast elsewhere. Plus there was a truck parked outside our room that revved its engine early in the morning waking us up and again late at night making it hard to sleep. The room was old and not as clean as it could have been. Plus the only chair in the room was the office chair at the desk area. We have stayed here before and things are definitely getting worse. We don’t plan on staying here again.

The location is perfect for our needs. So that we were close to family. We won’t be back

Used to stay here every time we go to Lincolnton. Will gladly switch to a better hotel.

Dirty room, uncomfortable bed, non smoking room was clearly smoked in continuously.

Location and cleanliness

A bit noisy with train tracks about 1/4 mile away. Breakfast was sparse. Eggs were awful. Very lame hot breakfast.

"It was not a good stay,"

The room was just okay.

The police being called to the property because of fights. The dangerous looking people that just hung around. A lot of barking dogs, one being in the room next to us. The breakfast had no meat.
