The hotel is very old and there was bugs in the bed and roaches in the room. Food was disappointing. Staff was very good tho.

Room was full of mosquitos Customer service was horrible Service by the pool was bad Theres nothing nice about this hot Really bad experience I got charge $15 per person like a surcharge when we checked in .. expedia didn’t notify me about this extra charge

"Amazing employee recognition"

My review is to specifically commend Fidel, the room service manager. So friendly and helpful! He never failed to recognize us on his travels around the resort and make suggestions for what to see and where to go. His people skills are waisted in his behind the scenes job.

Ideal for families. Food was excellent considering an all inclusive resort, alcohol drinks could be better. I didn't like the resort fee and no free internet.

Half of our stay had a conference of young adults that partied all night by the pools, hotel staff did nothing

It was very noisy at night people knocking at our door the staff there did nothing to tell people to keep it down due to guest. These did no only happen one it happen 3 nights in a roll. My experience was terrible staying there I would not recommend it any on my staff. I stayed in other place in the are much nicer place to stay.
