Need more activities, more food selection. Some of the staff was not friendly. When we had a dinner reservation on another sister hotel, they gives a hard time, because we wore a party of 8.

It was a nice stay. Most of the staff was helpful and kind. The pool was great and there was lots of shade. The food at EL Cid Mariana was good. I would like to see more activities, music and entertainment. I did not like the food at El CID Moto.

Staff were really helpful. If you are family oriented, there were lots of kids.

Buffets are not like they what they say they are like. I have stayed at many all-inclusive resorts and this ranks in the bottom 5. Even when you dine at a specialty restaurant, the meat was unchewable. There are only 2 restaurants on site, otherwise you must take a shuttle. The mixed drinks at poolside, were not suitable. Very poor quality. I will not recommend this one.

Maid burst into the room at almost 7 am. I was buck naked coming out of the bathroom. Scared the living daylights out of me. Non stop .

I played blackjack every day and it was a lot of fun.The guys that run it are a lot of fun and make it enjoyable. I also did bochi ball which was run very well. ..... ......thank you so much . .see you soon...... very 😊 😃 😀 😄 😁 . .. . ......... . ...

The room was very clean and the food was very good, though I would not pay for the upcharged menu items. The breakfast buffet was my favorite- very fresh and lots of options. The drinks were flowing at the pool bars, though not very strong and often very sweet. Drinks in the restaurants were okay, though again, some alcohols were an upcharge (ex. Kahlua). For the money, you cannot beat it.

This was my second stay at this property. The staff treat you like royalty! Good is great. Private beach. Awesome pools! Will be going again
