This place was amazing nice view and room good food, there was a lot of activities for kids and a lot of restaurants . There was also some really nice pools My room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. Breakfast was delicious with lots of fresh options. The hotel is close to great restaurants and shops by the marina, which made it really convenient.

this is an older property but has been kept clean and well. service was excellent but their restaurant was pricey. We didn't have an impression of pushy sales people for the timeshare thing. In fact they never even bothered to ask us but noticed the first day that it was a time share. We love the cave pool and felt like we didn't have to go outside of the hotel. I was impressed the female trainer for the hawk would come out to the pool area for the families to experience! Should be called El Cid Resort, not hotel. Stay within Mazatlan, after all this is Sinaloa.

Front desk most accommodating! Love this place! Spa was also great but more expensive than spas on street but more luxurious!! Prefer staying in El Centro but this is a great place for a retreat!
