"Great place to stay at Canyon de Chelly"

Clean, outdoor pool, best hotel in town! The hotel is located immediately outside the entrance to Canyon de Chelly. Our room looked out to a pretty garden.

"An Old TiredHoliday Inn"

This is clearly not one of IHG's or Holiday Inn's best hotels. The rooms are old and tired and small items , like an ice machine was out of order and one assumed it had been that way for a while. The restaurant was also tired and operated with a very limited menu, with not so great food. This place needs a refurbishment, its only benefit was that it sat on ther edge of the Canyon de Chelly at the edge of town.

"They're real thieves"

The atmosphere in this hotel is gloomy. Dinner with unfriendly staff who do the bare minimum, and breakfast is the same. The atmosphere is terrible. On top of that, they charged my Visa card an additional $43. I paid for dinner in cash, so I don't know what that's for. They're real thieves. I've already sent several messages to the Holiday Inn website and to the email address of this Holiday Inn in Chinle. No response. What a terrible image for Holiday Inn.

Beautiful location, with a leafy shaded garden by the pool. All the staff are terrific. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant, Garcia’s, and can highly recommend the brownie sundae. At dusk, horses came down to drink from the creek by the parking lot - just lovely!
