As soon as we arrived, we asked for another room because the bathroom sink was full of dirt. There's a drainage problem, because the second room had very slow drainage in the shower. The iron didn't produce steam, just squirted water all over no matter which setting it was on. Big complaint- when I searched this hotel, findings said there was a shuttle to the strip. Asked about it and was told that hasn't happened since COVID. That needs to be updated! Very disappointing. Had a very bad experience at the chocolate shop. I know it's not part of the hotel, but it reflects bad on the hotel if terrible treatment of customers is continually allowed. Overall, a good experience.

We had a mixed experience. We arrived late Friday and our king room we reserved had been unavailable so we ended up with two queens. Not the end of the world. However when we got in the room it was freezing (60 degrees) and there was no shower curtain. I informed the front desk the next morning and told them we were leaving our room but had full permission to enter it and deal with the shower curtain. When we got back later that night we came in to see a shower curtain on a hanger thrown on the floor. I’m very short and then had to put the curtain up myself and slipped and hurt my ankle. It is just rolled and bruised thankfully. Maybe just make sure the rooms are ready for people before you check in customers. Other than that we had a great time and had fantastic food for reasonable prices!
