I tried the online check in but didn’t get a text reply until 4:10 pm, after we checked in at the very busy front desk. Wasn’t offered the $15 meal credit. Tried to call front desk twice with no answer. Nice outdoor pool and hot tub. Nice fitness center. Casino is ok. Reasonable room rates.

Good location, super market and restaurants in walking distance. 10 min drive to the Strip. Front desk for check in and check out - could be more courteous. Didn’t care to show which way was the elevator or a smile. Room service - stayed for 4 nights, it was cleaned only on the 1st day. The rest of the days, despite calling house keeping, and going to the front desk, nobody came to clean the overflowing garbage 😣😣 Hair dryer was not working, replaced fast. Bathroom is outdated, not the best. Spacious room, that was the good aspect. For business it is ok, but for family vacation, I would not stay in this hotel

My son hurt his finger on the bathroom floor. My family member had a latch to prevent it from happening. When I brought it to the hotels attention all they did was make sure I they didn’t get sued and told me not all the rooms have the latch to prevent other injuries.
