room had great great hot water and pressure,,very clean,,happy it had a safe in the room....staff was good,,,,,,,,just wish it had a small refrigerator in the rooms

Stayed at The Orleans in Vegas end of Sept and was pleasantly surprised! The hotel was very clean and well-kept, and for the price, it’s hard to beat. The restaurants on site were all solid — good food, fair prices, and plenty of options without having to leave the property. Overall, a great value stay that exceeded expectations. Would definitely come back.

The property was excellent. My only issue is i was charged a day of stay that i did stay. I called the property to let them know my flight was canceled. I was told they would adjust my rates but when i arrived thebnext daybi was told i still had to pay for the day i didnt stay
