Great hotel 10 out of 10. Friendly helpful staff, clean homely feel in quiet central location of Lisbon. Excellent breakfast including sweet and savoury options all home made and delicious.

Slight smell of drains in our bathroom.

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Das Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich, nachhaltig und selbstgemacht, auch für Vegetarier eine große Auswahl. Wir waren richtig begeistert. Die Zimmer sind auch sehr gut und gemütlich eingerichtet und die Lage mit der Nähe zum Bairro Alto ist auch hervorragend. Das Hotel hat auf jeden Fall einen ganz besonderen Charme und ist unbedingt weiter zu empfehlen.

Man muss eigermaßen gut zu Fuß sein, weil es im Haus viele Treppen gibt.

Wish they had baggage storage closer to the entrance rather than down the stairs (my suitcase was heavy).

Great hotel in an incredible location — close to lots of restaurants, bars and coffee shops. Staff is very helpful. Lots of breakfast options. We had a very large room with a city view — check photos in advance before booking (some rooms are very small).

Very friendly staff, and great location. Tea and coffee available and nice little outdoor seating area for all guests.

The room was very narrow, and we had to squeeze between the bed and wall to access the seating area in the room, or just climb over the bed. Every day we were given fewer towels by housekeeping - ending up with one towel each and no bathmat.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Straßenseite. Das Zimmer war schön und geräumig. Sanitärbereich auch in Ordnung.Fenster waren leider aber nur wenig geräuschdicht ..

Excellent boutique hotel with nice, stylish rooms, great breakfast and superb staff! We enjoyed every bir of it! Also a noce view, quiet for rest, in a nice neighbourhood with a park, a playground, boutique shops and restaurants nearby.
