Maybe put some wd 40 on the door was pretty noise just worried about other guess when I opened the door

It took them a while to give us the room, terrible service, nothing good, everything was noisy, we couldn't rest, it's an old and ugly hotel

Room was quiet, beds were comfortable.

Breakfast was a great disappointment. It was more like a grab n go with prepackaged muffins, instant oatmeal and fruit breakfast bars. Where were the waffles and eggs? No hair dryer in the room.

Price was fair. Location was convenient and within a mile or 2 of everything I needed while also being somewhat secluded for a hotel so close to The Expressway. Traffic noise was not an issue. Very clean for the most part. Laundry rooms were clean. Plenty of machines. The staff were awesome and the cute little young lady at the check-in desk was very nice.

Couldn't pay with cash unless I stayed longer. Had to leave and find a place to load cash to my PayPal debit card and then come back. TV had such a poor picture it made watching anything almost impossible. All the lights had to be off with the shades drawn to be able to see anything. I've stayed at an extended stay in the past and my room had dishware, silverware coffee maker, pots, pans for cooking, but this time I had to ask for them to be brought to my room. I know it's a small thing, but having a coffee maker with some cheap hotel coffee is one of the perks I enjoy, LOL. The exhaust fan above the stove did not vent anything out of the room. I had to remove the filter if you could call it that and soak it in a sink full of hot soapy water to break loose food splatter and grease from previous guests, types any of the housekeeping workers wouldn't have noticed because you had to get up in there to see that it was keeping anything from being vented, but once clean it really didn't help the ventilation much more than it did when it was dirty. And the one thing that really kind of got to me was the shower. It was clean, but it was so slippery that I nearly fell getting in every time, and once in the shower, it was like trying to shower on ice, and there aren't any bars or anything really to grab onto to stop yourself from sliding around or falling. I will mention I have a permanent injury in my left leg that keeps it from bending at the knee, but it's never caused me any issues showering anywhere else before. I know they have to have smooth surfaces, especially in the bathroom for sanitation, and I'm sure that if I had mentioned I needed a room with handicap supports in the bathroom, they would have accommodated me. The laundry room floor was clean, but also slippery from other guests doing their laundry and splashing around the water and soap.

Everything was great except the shower. There was more hair in the shower than on my head. Went to my daughters in the morning to take a shower.

Check-in was easy first room they put us in floor was soak and wet and had an industrial fan trying to dry it so they swapped us into another room. We left after getting checked in and went to eat next door came back to room and realized the floor next to the bed was drenched as well. So I decided to look at the bed and then found what was absolutely disgusting look like baby poop rubbed all along the bed side. I went to the front desk and they were fiery nice about it and said I’m sorry I wasn’t aware of the water and then I showed the lady the pictures of the bed and she didn’t seem like it was any big deal. Do not stay here you will regret it I am not Karen when it comes to staying some place and don’t write negative reviews I understand a lot of things but this wasn’t at all acceptable
