Extended Stay America Suites - Toledo - Holland

Disgusting. Lack of options why we had to stay here, and massive regret. Just gross.

The Extended Stay America Toledo - Holland is the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever had the misfortune of setting foot in. From the lobby to the elevator to the room, the stench was both pungent and unidentifiable. Once in the room, the stains were on the floor, the bedding, the furniture, and I shudder to think what must have happened to the phone on the nightstand (see picture). I asked the front desk for a different room and they obliged, apologetically. Unsurprisingly, it was in no better condition. We only stayed for as long as it took me to find and book another hotel. If only I could somehow recoup the cost of having booked two nights at this dump. Avoid at all costs.

No toilet paper in my room. Musty damp smell in the room. Requested 1st floor 3 months in advance. Refrigerator doors opened in the wrong direction. No ice machine. Stairway door lock broken.

The breakfast was muffins and cereal bars, the hallway smelled of old fish grease,the shower and bathroom had stray hairs all over. I could hear the traffic noise from outside, from people ytalking and shouting in thier rooms and in the halls, working nights and trying to sleep was just about impossible. Definitely wont be back

Staff was always kind and willing to help

Great stay. Our room looked like it was recently remodeled. The only knock was that the breakfast selection was a packaged muffin and nutrition bar. All else was wonderful.

I rarely post reviews, but I like this hotel very much! The room is very spacious so I have a desk to do my work. it has a full kitchen. You can get everything for the kitchen from the front desk. Breakfast is grab-and-go style but very convenient. Location is close to restaurant, Walmart, Target, can buy stuff easily. Good wifi and AC. Very comfatable. Very friendly staff. I will choose this hotel next time I visit Toledo.

Not very clean, not well kept.

It was fine for a couple nights. A shortcoming I hadn’t expected was no shampoo or in room coffee. I guess the coffee would cost extra. Pretty bare bones, but not awful.
