Hampton Inn Chambersburg

The hotel experience was great, from the seamless integration with the app for checking in and out, to the comfort and cleanliness of the room and the availability of good coffee at any time. Although we compliment all of the staff for their attentiveness, we want to give special thanks to Terri of the hotel staff for her assistance in returning a favorite baseball cap to my head after leaving without it, and going above and beyond to keep the cost of doing so to a minimum.

What we really liked was the friendliness of the staff. They greeted us as if we were old customers even though this was our first time at this place. The inn appeared to be fully booked and so the staff was very busy but still took the time to be nice.

These are pet friendly rooms, not so great if you have horrible allergies to dogs, bring Benadryl! There is a crazy non-stop vibration outside & inside the property. The whole room & bed vibrated almost all night long. Upside, staff was great, super friendly and knowledgeable about the area.

I absolutely loved my time at this hotel the pool was my favorite and so is the staff! Claudia in reception is truly world class and amazing at her job I can’t wait to visit again I’ll definitely be going back!!

Wonderful hotel and staff!!! but Claudia is truly their shining star on staff she is exceptional! Also the rooms are Clean with comfortable beds and the WiFi connection is a 10/10 so is the complimentary breakfast

Claudia at the front desk was so helpful. We had to call a couple times and she was always so kind, patient, and her customer service is unmatched.

Wonderful front desk clerk who was at the desk and ready to check me in when I arrived. There was no one smoking outside of the building, and the room was immaculate.

Stayed here while driving back home from New England. Hands down the best hotel we've stayed at so far. Staff were polite and humorous, room spacious and super clean. Pets were allowed so we were treated to a bunch of dogs the next morning, and really who's day isnt better with tailwags? Also, I highly recommend the blueberry waffles for breakfast.
