Exactly what I was looking for, cheap and cheerful, close to town. The staff was friendly; the room was clean and comfortable. Exceptional value for the price.

La salle de bain mériterait d'être rénovée, la piscine est parfois un peu sale et le frigo fait du bruit.

There were problems with the lights in the room. The desk sent a pleasant maintenance man right away. He made a quick and adequate fix. The next day, the ceiling lights began to flicker. The front desk offered to have it fixed, but I declined, being my last day. I just suggested they add it to the repair list. That said, I did appreciate how quickly they responded.

Breakfast was really good. Staff kept items fresh and hot.

Bed was too soft and AC did not keep room cool. Kept turning off.

I liked the location of the property and the breakfast but aside from that every thing else was disappointing.

The staff member, Paula, who checked us in was rude. Our room door and bathroom door did not lock properly. The walls are paper thin and we could hear everything happen outside of our door and above us. We found a spider and spider web underneath the pillows. From the initial viewing online The Sage looked like a great hotel to book. It is in a centralized location and from the photos the rooms looked up to date and modern. However after staying there the pictures were just a facade. The rooms were stale, staff were not helpful and the location was loud. I do not recommend staying here if you have little children, it felt sketchy, dirty and unsafe.
