"Grim room."

3.0

The pool and location are nice

Our rooms carpet was so threadbare that it was nearly non existent. On top of that it was sticky, yuk. If I was running this hotel I would be embarrassed to rent such a thing. The desk clerk was not at all helpful.

"Nice, staf very helpful"

Carla at the front desk was awesome. We had a lot of issues and she solved every one. She also gave us free drink tickets for our troubles. Javier the bus driver was also fantastic. He gave us recommendations for shopping and food. Pool is awesome

The #1 was issue the rude waitress at the bar. Awful. The rooms are a little run down.

"Horrible, they overcharged me and would not correct their mistake. Bare bones budget motel."

2.0

Horrible. Do not use their phone service for reservations. They misspelled my name, charged me three times the rate I was quoted, and refused to correct their mistake because I could not show them an email with the confirmed rate. I could not show them an email because they misspelled my email address. I was charged $258 per night rather than the $99 I was quoted. I called the reservation service, was transferred to 4 people and then they hung up on me. The local phone number was not being answered when I tried to call back to reach the manager. Truly outrageous. Also, this place is like a motel 6 that has been painted cheerfully. It is a bottom dollar budget motel where you need to keep an eye out when walking from your car to your room.

"Nice location and decent accommodations for a reasonable price in Santa Fe."

7.0

Lots of parking, decent pet accommodations, Better than average free breakfast, Nice city park through the back gate of the hotel, The air conditioner was running so the room was cool when we got in , and although we didn't use it, we were impressed with the shuttle. The Piñon coffee at breakfast was yummy.

Check in and check out were both ridiculously slow with far too many customers and only one person at the desk. Likely related to this is the fact that we were not told there was a back exit through which we could get to a park, and the areas for pets to relieve themselves are extremely small within the property. We did not get into our room until late and our refrigerator and microwave were not working. Finally after crawling around and moving some things we discovered the surge protector itself was not plugged in. The shower head was at the level of a 6 foot person's chin. The only caffeinated coffee at breakfast was Piñon.
