We had ants in the room everyday and the room smelled horrible, like stinky feet, and the shower had very low water pressure out of the shower head. Also, we rode the free shuttle to the plaza one day and the driver never came to pick up our 2 groups at 2 different times, so we all had to take an Uber back to the hotel.

Not very clean, everything felt old and needs a complete refresh. BAthroom had black mold all the way down the wall by the outside of the tub. I should have take. A picture! No elevator and outside doors. POol was so small it was more like a hot tub without very many places to sit by the pool. Staff were a little on the uptight side. Breakfast was good but not enough to stay here again.

Unexpected $15/day experience charge so breakfast is really not free.

The breakfast was certainly worth the money paid.

My wife and I are certain homeless people were coming in every morning for the free breakfast. We would see them leave in their junk car parked in the back of the property and drive away only to return the next morning. Some of these people were quite unpleasant. This was the most disappointing part of our stay and would keep us from returning. Infact we were wondering if part of the hotel is used for long term indigent housing. This is an issue that you reallly need to address. The staff were quite unpleasant. The people attending to the breakfast bar were the worst, however, the desk clerk and restaurant staff were not much better. Shuttle drivers were by far the most pleasant.

I liked the self checkin and checkout options.

Over the four nights I stayed at the hotel my room wasn’t cleaned once. I didn’t leave out the do not disturb sign either.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Room was ok enough but the staff would be the bigg3st reason for me to go back

No breakfast the first day
