Days Inn by Wyndham Lexington

Once the room got cool, I was able to work in the room. I had short deadline to get completed before my meeting the next morning. The room was clean! There was no noise from other rooms to wake me up during the night.

Room was extremely HOT when I walked in. It took close to an hr to cool off which I walked down to the pool to try stay cool. Every 10-15 mins Id walk up up barly could tell the difference. I was not impressed. During the check-in process, the front desk lady was extremely hard to understand. I had to keep asking same question until she could communicate the answer. Language barrier!

Noise and bugs in room

Got to the breastfast area at 7:30a and there was no breakfast. I asked for extra towels and was questioned like I was going to steal them. The mattress on the bed was so worn out it slanted towards the headboard. We left after the first night. Tried to get a refund on the 2nd night but was put in the loop of contacting booking.com and hotel. Neither was helpful

The front desk could have been more nice. The breakfast would have been wonderful as that was a reason we booked that hotel. The accommodations could have a bit better.

Main floor access

Price. Slippery tub. Seemed someone LIVED above us and had traffic in and out all night. No soap in the room.
