"Easily the worst hotel I've ever stayed in."

The most disgusting experience I've ever had in a hotel. I could tell you what I found on my hotel floor, on the walls, behind the couch, in the bed and inside my end table - but you would throw up.

Spot to be at. Right in Ottawa DT. Junkies are not hotels problem. All the downtown throught out major canadaian cities are full of them.

Where its located

The fire place wasn't working the television wasn't working . Some lights in the room didn't had lamp ball.

"Our stay in there was nice, staff were very approachable. Highly recommended."

The place is really clean and close to Downtown.

The only thing is that there Wi-fi was not working good. There was an error in connecting to it during our 2nd day in there.

The floor was ripped up, tv would not work and the staff would not help to fix just was told have to wait till morning
