Days Inn by Wyndham Ottawa

Old building and poorly maintained. My outdoor facing door barely closed. The curtains were damaged and didn't fully cover windows. The heater was noisey. The paint cracking and falling off walls, particularly in the washroom. The bed had a random sharp metal bar sticking out the side of it that cut my foot. The ironing board dwas damaged and couldn't stand up on its own. The result was a poor night sleep and unease when leaving my valuables in the room. And a slight limp.

账单不清晰，最终收费比入住时的账单的费用高出很多，离开时并没有给出收费明细。太脏，楼道充斥的臭味。马桶坏了，不时地冲水。咖啡机坏的。空调无法调节，是坏的。

I’m a Wyndham Rewards member and had a very disappointing experience at this Days Inn. Room cleanliness: The room clearly hadn’t been properly cleaned (surfaces dusty, bathroom not fresh). Internet: The Wi-Fi was down for my entire stay, which impacted my work plans. Service: When I asked for help, there was no one at the desk or on the phone who could resolve issues. Follow-up never happened. Member support: Despite being a Wyndham member, I received no assistance or acknowledgment of the problems. I chose this hotel expecting the basic standards Wyndham is known for. Unfortunately, those weren’t met. I’d appreciate management contacting me to address these concerns and to ensure future guests don’t face the same issues.
