We had an Awesome experience at the Graduate Hotel in Madison. Thank you to all the Vallets - Norris, Jayde- front desk was super nice too - Avery and Fernando ! Great stay. Everyone on the team there for made our business trip trouble free and fun.

Very substantial breakfast burrito -- good value and tasty. Especially pleasant front desk welcome and help with parking and retrieving car.

Wish they could have offered salsa with the breakfast burrito. Would have appreciated a microwave in the room.

The Staff were absolutely excellent and well trained. The check-in experience and valet were both awesome. I had previously stayed at Graduate hotels in Nashville and Palo Alto that were luxurious. This hotel is not that and I am not a fan that the brand isn't consistent. This is a slightly elevated Holiday Inn, Hampton Inn etc level. Nice enough but not what I was anticipating. The walls of the hotel are very thin (ie could hear the next door neighbor speaking in normal tones, their tv, and even them adjusting the blinds) and the rooms are not that nice. It seems like a not nice hotel that they renovated by painting/new bedspreads etc but didn't go all the way. I do love the Madison references and theme :).

Restaurant closed at 9pm. Cook that was working was extremely loud and obnoxious. I had to move to the back room to enjoy my drink. There was no Continental Breakfast for Diamond members. The valet parking was $42, but they did not park my car in the hotel's underground garage - everything inside the vehicle was frozen the next morning.
