Nice interior. Like the quirkiness.

Rooms are quite small. The airconditioner is insanely loud and either freezing or not cold enough.

"Overpriced and uncomfortable."

Location, valet parking.

Room was much smaller than images suggested, shockingly so for the cost. No counter space in bathroom, and water temperature only ran tepid, not hot. The air-conditioning was so loud it woke us periodically through the night. Hotel added a 10% "service charge" to valet's tip. The rooftop bar closed at 9pm and turned away customers, which is unheard of. Overall a very puzzling, uncomfortable and unpleasant experience.

"Great Location and Decor, But Lacking Comfort"

I recently stayed at the Graduate Hotel and found the decor to be quite nice, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. However, the room was very small, and the bed was both uncomfortable and undersized. Unfortunately, there was no tea or espresso machine in the room, which was disappointing. The gym was also very small with limited facilities. Overall, while the aesthetics and location were great, the lack of comfort and amenities made the stay less enjoyable.

"Always a joy to be at The Graduate Madison"

We’ve been coming to the graduate Madison since our daughter was a freshman. She is now a senior. Love this place. Definitely willing to pay more to be here. Book in advance… they fill up quickly. Getting smiles from the staff is an added bonus… especially Norris at the valet.
