I would describe the room they put us in as spartan but basically comfortable. There was an absence of certain amenities you take for granted in a nice hotel like a bathroom fan, places to hold things in the shower and warm room lightening. Other than that, the location alongside the River can't be beat and the staff was wonderful.

Location was great.

At check in receptionist said I had requested upgrade. But after viewing my request I never requested upgrade; and if so it was a standard king bed. Will rebuttal this billing. Not a good way to undermine the customer. I probably won’t do business here again.
