Having reservations for 2 beds my daughter 16 years and me we got to the place and found that’s they sold out of rooms prior to this I called early the day to let them that was arriving late they said it was ok…. The front desk said it wasn’t able to do anything until he came and said I got a suite with just one bed. This was 12:00am and had to be at the podium at 7 am so I took it I had no choice so I had to sleep on the couch so my daughter had a good night so she will be ready for the tournament The front desk just said this is the only thing I could give you. Same price not even extra blanket or a free meal the sofa was so uncomfortable woke up with pain on the back and neck cause it was leather and small.

After checking in, we went to our room which was clearly once a smoking room. We went to the room and thought we could live with it. After watching volleyball until 930 at the Podium, we were back and tried to order room service (which is advertised to be open until 10pm). No answer... while all of this was going on, it sounded like there was a concert right above us. I went to the front desk and asked about room service- we'd have to go to the restaurant and carry it up. Asked about the noise only to find out there was a prom happening right upstairs. A hotel is about getting rest so we are ready to tackle the next day- certainly missed the mark here. Matter of fact, we have stayed at the downtown Davenport(s) and this is not even in the same ballpark of comfort and class. Its a disgrace to its namesake and our family will not be recommending this location to anyone.

Not worth it for the price

We came for the Journey Final Frontier concert. The hotel was perfect for walking to the venue. The accommodations were excellent and I will stay here again.

Had to wait till after 6 pm to get our room,sat in the parking lot for 2hours.check was supposed to be at 4 pm
