The location of this hotel was perfect and why we chose it but our experience was a nightmare. We didn't get checked into our room until 9:30 pm. When we got to our room the bathroom obviously hadn't been cleaned because the toilet was full of excrement and looked like someone had tried to flush it and it had come close to overflowing. We had to get maintenance to our room and then housekeeping to fix the toilet and then clean up the mess that made.

Well designed spacious room with private balcony and view. We enjoyed the menu choices and quality of the food at the restaurant.

Housekeeping services were inadequate on this stay--even when we requested service. No one showed up to refill our hand soap dispenser or to supply coffee pods. When I requested coffee pods from the front desk for our third morning, none were available and there was no way to get in-room coffee. Our garbage was not emptied over our entire three day stay.

The pool is fantastic. It was heated. Restaurant was great. Location location location. And the private balcony was appreciated

The bed was so soft we literally sank into it. Hirt my back.

The mattress on one of the two queen beds in my room was sagging on one side.
