Great location. Good price.

No housekeeping, even when requested.

We loved being near the Riverfront Park and the Falls. Were able to walk over several times and wish we could have stayed longer. Would absolutely stay here again if we are in the area.

Didn’t like that the grill was closed to guests outside of the wedding party. We were told to come back in 2 hours. We had to Door Dash, which was a first for us. Still, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Jayden at the coffee shop was awesome. She was smiling, friendly and helpful. She made my morning better. Great employee and person.

Would be nice to have real glasses in the room. Carpet needs a refresh.

We stayed here for 1 night. The hotel was very clean and had cool decor. The staff were super nice and Xavier was especially helpful giving restaurant recommendations and such.

The young boys in the middle of night riding their electric bikes and causing a lot of noise.

The organization of the front extremely limited due to housekeeping at night practice throughout the whole day. I will definitely reconsider seeing in the future and tell everybody else the same after the experience I had, which was terrible. I was supposed to call Gus my bill from the new manager and that’s supposed to never done so the follow-through is at the level of zero as well. Totally unprofessional such an important location.

the facility is ok room is good view is not bad

the staff is very unprofessional. We paid full amount of our stay before our arrival . The front desk staff said she couldn't find our payment information at their system after we showed the written prove , and charged our credit card four times without noticing us. We found our when we checked out the next day, they promised us to give us full refund, but after 5 days, we haven't received the money. We tried to contact the hotel, and got no answers. vey disappointed

I loved the pool, the balcony and the beds were comfortable. The views were amazing, and I loved being next to the dam when sleeping.

The housekeeping was non-existent, when requested 3 times we were utterly forgotten about. I had to go to the front desk to request towels when I had called 3 times and been told they'd "be right up!". The room was small, but comfortable. The initial front desk person didn't want to give me the balcony room I'd paid for, and stated that I "didn't need it for both nights anyway."
