When you could FIND staff they were nice.

All of the vending machines were out of water. The only thing that was working no Coke, nothing. The only thing that was working was the root beer. I made multiple trips to different the different vending machines. After a trip to the front desk to fimd out where all TWO were located. Finally, I went down to the front desk. They want $5 for a bottle of water, not a large bottle of water, just a regular sized bottle of water, I went over to get some water from their culligan machine. And that was completely out of water too, stood at the front desk. Waiting for someone to come help me with the culligan. Again, they did eventually come out. If it hadn't been pouring down, rain outside, I would have left and went and got water. And they did help it took 40 minutes to find water a little bit of water that wasn't ridiculous in this location. I almost feel like this was 100% intentional. Not to mention, when you first go past the entry doorway, there is a huge Band-Aid sitting there on the floor that okay. Well. Perhaps they just haven't picked it up yet? Maybe it was just very recent. (This was a Large bandage, like one you would put across your entire knee) Yeah, no. The next day, when we went for checkout, it was still sitting there at the pool. There were things floating in the water. There was bandad off to the side. There were dirty towels everywhere. The jets to the hot tub weren't working. The hot tub was not hot. It was a very, very lukewarm. The pool itself was not heated, it was crazy. The sauna, when I went to go use the sauna. The light was out, so you'd have to sit in there in the dark. Our room was not vacuumed.We had dirty towels that were hung up that hadn't been washed.It was disgusting. I would have taken more pictures of how dirty this motel was, except I didn't have my phone for the majority of it.I only took the picture walking in after putting our luggage in the car during check out.

Great breakfast, comfortable room, central location and shuttle to airport.
