Heater not working for the swimming pool

The pool was nice and the breakfast and location were good.

Our sheets had dried blood all over them and the staff asked if I wanted to change the bedding or him. When we went to ask for more towels (because they didn't clean our room the next day and replace them with clean ones) they told us they didn't have access to the towels so we were sol.

Room was a little strange but comfortable. Strange because bathroom sink light was by the door into the room instead of near the sink. Bathtub needs more surfaces to put razor, shampoo, etc., but I loved that there was a bar of soap both in the tub and the sink. TV was one of the easiest to access channels. I didn't get a chance to try the breakfast so have no comments about that. Liked the desk.

No pad of paper and pen in the room, placement of light switch for the bathroom sink, lack of surfaces in the bathtub to place toiletries while showering.

My room was really dirty there was something splattered all over the wall, when I was about to take a bath it was fithy so I cleaned it before getting in once I was in I could see every area the toilet had been missed...when I went to finally lay down after a long day my pillows and blanket smelt like wet dog...it was cold in our room I couldn't sleep s well as smelly blanket,I finally went to call the front desk and well the phone didnt have that option so I walked down to lobby from room 219 in the middle of the night...I did NOT find help right away and then once I did he had to find a blanket which was just a chincy brown thing...he had an extreamly bad attitude I didnt complain to staff at all because they all already had such piss pour customer service and attitudes except the gentlemen that checked us into our room he was super nice I wasnt going to even complain but when i asked for a late check out due to not sleeping well she said thats fine gave us til noon then housekeepingcame bardging in not knocking or nothing it was 10AM this was after i had gotten off the phone with front desk and told her i needed to sleep ... I will not be spending my hard earned money on this location again and wish to receive some compensation.

Very nice location but had the same breakfast both mornings, a little change each day would be nice. Rooms and staff were wonderful!!

Disappointed that the pool and hot tub were not functioning properly!

Great location and friendly staff.. Could use some work on the breakfast “cold” but the coffee was Hot..
