Garner Hotel Provo South by IHG

It needs a little updating.

Everything was clean and staff was great. Rooms were dated and breakfast was worst i had.

Location to freeway and restaurants.

Too expensive for this older property! Breakfast was poor!

There was construction around the place and not a lot of parking on the property, but there was parking not too far away

The clean rooms with fridge, coffee maker and condiments was alone worth it. Stayed for one night but could have used two.

First of all, it needs a serious upgrade. Carpet is old and dingy and has stains in it. Rooms can be cleaner. There was black on the wall in the bathroom shower. There was a cob web along the vanity by the sink. The shower was weak. I like more water pressure. As far as the breakfast goes, I would go somewhere else for breakfast. The pool area is outdated. It looks like they are fixing the skylights above the hot tub. Also, the hot tub was not hot. If you don't care about that stuff it is fine. But I would have stayed somewhere else.

Everything was good, no issues.

Location was decent.

The rooms were outdated and not very clean. The fact the rooms only get cleaned once every three days is disgusting as well. The breakfast items very also nothing to be amazed with in fact I did not even eat after the first day. The entire facility needed some attention in the cleanliness aspect.

This property met our expectations. It was a nice place to stay, however, the parking lot was pretty crowded, and the spots were small...
