Lakeside Inn Guntersville

The staff was amazing. The room was clean. It was quiet.

The only issue was the bathroom door was getting stuck when you closed it and it started to sound like it was going to break.

Nothing

The a/c started leaking in the floor with my twins my wife fell. We changed rooms and my kids found an old krusty pair of socks. Dirty bathtubs

Location was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The ac/heat unit leaked very badly. There was standing water in the floor. The bathroom light had a short in it. Sometimes worked and sometimes didn't. There was Avery sting odor of bold / mildew in the room. This was also the second room that they had put us in because the aC in the first room would not work and was very very hot. I think the place needs some significant updating and then would be a really great Hotel.

Check in was easy. Bed was more comfortable than most

Found wads of hair in the floor. Air conditioner was a bit noisy. Small bugs in the bathroom

The room was really clean, bed was super comfortable, the kiosk staff were actually really nice. I like the kiosk being there, I left there at 4 in the morning and the kiosk staff were right there waiting

Kiosk speaker was really loud. Literally that’s the only thing I can complain about. I enjoyed my stay especially at the price

I liked the location and the bed was comfortable

We had all kinds of fruit flies in the room and the room smelled bad.
