The bed was very comfortable

The room smelled like smoke. No hot water in the shower

It was cheap

It was so dirty and uncomfortable there was poop on the sheets

The convenience to the lake

The cleanliness of the room

Location to where I needed to be

Check in lady was not helpful, no lights in the bathroom, no coffee or water available in the lobby area and the tiny coffee pot in the room did not look safe to drink out of, the phone in the room was demolished and should just be removed. The guy when checking out at least seemed nice.

Price, location and ease going in and out of property.

The room we were given had an interior adjoining room that provided very little noise isolation. You could hear normal conversation from next door. I spoke to the desk and after that neighbor moved they kept it empty during the duration of my stay.

I arrived got in the room and I clean houses my self and there was hair all in the bathroom and the sink and sheet on one bed was inside out and one towel wet on arrival and one stained to shit
