Shower was clogged to the point water would run out into the floor after taking a 5 minute shower. Ice and vending machines were out of order and air conditioner would not cool room in September. Location was convenient and staff did what they could to correct issues but would not recommend staying here.

The staff was very friendly! We had an event at the hotel and we could not asked for things to go any better than they did. I will recommend this hotel to anyone that I know that will be visiting Maggie Valley!

Overall, this was a pleasant stay. The facility is a little dated, but clean. Friendly staff and breakfast was typical. Would consider again in the future.

I liked the restaurant onsite

Pool and elevator was down and I felt sorry for the cleaning crew because the had lift the cleaning cart down the stairs
