No elevator for room on fourth floor we had to carry luggage all the way down

The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. The morning shuttle service was reliable.

The front desk person told us that the shuttle service would pick us up from the car rental drop off place, if we called to say the location. The shuttle service person initially said that was fine, but then told us that was not actually possible. We ended up walking to the hotel from the car rental place at the airport.

The room had a old dirty odor to it, there was hair in the shower, the furniture was old and tired, the breakfast was a joke. the air conditioning unit was so loud you had to leave it off at night.

Elevator and Up and Woman at the front desk at night, does not tell the van driver to pick you up. Another viewer had written it, and I made the mistake of trying it out myself.

It was not very clean. Elevators did not work. And some of the staff looked unprofessional

It took a little while for the shuttle to pick me up. I found this strange because it's not very far from the airport. I think the woman working did not send them right away. I was disappointed in the price. I booked months in advance and I paid double what the rooms were selling for that night. I take responsibility for that and will not let thst happen in the future. The elevator was broken so the 4th floor was no fun. They did have a man carrying people's luggage up. There are several places to eat within walking distance so that was good. The rooms were clean and comfortable enough.
