Days Inn by Wyndham Seatac Airport

We booked a room and it was on the 44th floor, when we arrived we were told that the elevator was down. I can not walk up or down stairs and we had 4 large suitcase. We were not notified in any way about this. We had just spent $69.00 on a Uber. I finally made them find us a room on the first floor. When asked about ice, I was told I would have to go to the 2nd floor, again I can not walk up or down stairs. So I went with out ice. Would not recommend this hotel.

Breakfast could be better if you provide bagels as well.

Elevators didn't work. Had to carry luggage down. Had no help from your staff. Need to ask customer if help is needed

Last minute booking went well. Front desk was kind and accommodating. I’m glad I went with this location. They also provided a shuttle service to the airport in the morning!

The elevator was down but that’s the least of our problems!

Location, close to the light train station. Shuttle service in the hotel takes you to the station. It's very convenient. It takes you to downtown for 3 bucks.

The elevator wasn't working. That was really bad for seniors like my husband and myself. We were there for the weekend, and they didn't resolve the issue. They have people walking up and downstairs carrying the luggage.

性价比可以，shuttle司机挺好的，我们把CPAP忘在了等候shuttle的地方，告诉司机后，二话不说，就返回。

前台只有一人，要接待入住的客人，还要接电话，入住时不多的四个人足足等候了一个小时。很是不满。

The location was great, the rooms were big and clean with comfy beds and blackout curtains.

One of the staff members at check-in was very rude and not helpful at all.

Hyvä iso huone ilmastoinnilla. Aamupala tyypillinen jenkki; paahtoleipää, kahvia, mehua, jogurttia ja hedelmä. Tarjolla klo 6-9. Lentokentältä voi tilata shuttlen noutamaan ilmaiseksi pysäkillä olevasta puhelimesta. Menin takaisin kentälle kävellen, kun lyhyt ja helppo suora reitti jalkakäytävää pitkin n.20 min.
