Did not like the breakfast (lacking), difficulty getting wifi, not enough luggage carts, not enough towels, only one ice machine--none on our floor. Not enough lighting in room.

"Good budget hotel for short stay"

Great if you need to stay close to the airport (it is quite far from Seattle downtown). They have a free shutter from airport-hotel-airport that leaves every 30 mins, 24h. The staff is also nice and friendly, always helpful. The room is quite big and has everything that you need for a quick stay.

It’s a budget hotel, so definitely do not expect anything fancy. Everything is old there, and the room was with some ants.

Convenient to airport

Waited 80 minutes for shuttle despite ringing 3 times. Despite booking a suite with a settee manager insisted that the room we were given which had no settee was what we had booked. Messed us around for nearly 3 hours with promises of proper room before eventually saying that we had got what we booked. We hadn’t! was clean and comfortable but quite dated.

"Close to airport for a one night stay."

The hotel is in need of and update but the staff was vey courteous, and helpful. Rooms were clean and transportation to and from airport was good. Danna at the front desk was very helpful with suggestions with things to see and do during our stay in Seattle.

The hotel is close to the airport, they offer a shuttle bus every half an hour which is convenient. The Breakfast includes toast, a couple of kinds of jams, corn flakes, milk and coffee. It was good enough for one night
