Gutes hotel in citylage,altes stadtauswärts, Zimmer mit viel Gepäck mühselig zu erreichen. Hat uns gut gefallen alles fußläufig direkt an der Stadtbahn. Trotz Einschränkungen würden wir wiederkommen

The property was centrally located and easy to get to everywhere that I needed. The hotel was unique and beautiful and offered a cafe that you could access all day as well as an out door patio. Breakfast was served in the mornings and the room was perfectly sized and had a balcony which was lovely! The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating.

To miejsce z historią i klimatem, położone w doskonałej lokalizacji. Bardzo sympatyczna obsługa. Byliśmy pod wrażeniem śniadania - duży wybór ŵędlin, serów, dań na ciepło, słodkości. Do tego herbaty, sosy i dżemy własnej produkcji. Dostęp do kawy i pysznych herbat jest przez całą dobę. Można się zrelaksować przy jednym ze stolików na przyjemnym patio.

Poszewki i prześcieradło były czyste, ale przebijały przez nie plamy na poduszce i pokrowcu na materac - to było nieprzyjemne. Łazienka była sprzątnięta niedokładnie, a w trakcie brania prysznica na środku pomieszczenia robiła się kałuża.

Servicio y calidad en todo 10/10 , quedamos muy contentos , sin duda cuando volvamos a Oporto nos alojaremos de nuevo aquí.

Hotel has exelent location, staff is super friendly and helpful. Room is nice, even has a small balcony. You get basic toiletries and slippers which is nice. Breakfast is very good and diverse. They keep your luggage safe before or after check out, great plus.

Room is nice but quite small, tiny windows, no closet, just a little hanger. Bathroom could use a little touch up.
