Le style hispanique de l’hôtel , le hall d’entrée est splendide avec les escaliers, la hauteur de plafond, les alcôves…et les œuvres d’art. Le restaurant est incroyable et le personnel très serviable.

Il y avait des taches sur les draps et du sable dans le lit. La déco de la chambre demande à être rafraîchie. Il y a des coups dans la peinture .

I was assigned a very small guest room that is clearly in need of renovation. While the Assistant General Manager handled my check-in and was friendly, his comments about recent renovations seemed to apply only to the lobby—because the guest rooms appear unchanged from what they have been for at least the past decade. The room itself showed significant wear: damaged lamp shades, missing electrical outlets, stained walls, a beat-up bathtub, and filthy bathroom vent. Overall, the condition felt tired and neglected, not boutique or curated in any way. This is simply not what I expect from a Curio Collection hotel, especially when redeeming points for what should feel like a “reward stay.” The on-site restaurant was another disappointment. The steak was overcooked, dry, and overpriced for the quality delivered. The dining experience was mediocre at best and a step backward from when Mark Quinones was the chef—there was a noticeable decline in both execution and value.

I was in Albuquerque for a conference at the Convention Center, which is a very short walk from the hotel. There was much to like about the hotel, but what stood out for me were the following: Brian and Bryan at the front desk; the free access to a health club with an excellent swimming pool right across the street; and a free airport bus that stops just one block from the hotel.

We stayed two nights at the hotel and it was a very beautiful hotel and the staff was excellent. We tried the restaurant the first night on the recommendation of the person that checked us in. We were not impressed with the restaurant and the service. My wife and I are both in our 60s and when we ordered we were both asked for IDs. My wife did not have hers and the waitress said it was a requirement, so I went up to our room to get the id and then after a delay we got our drinks. While we were sitting there we saw multiple people being seated and ordering drinks without being asked for ID. When we ordered a second drink it took over 15 minutes to get a drink and my wife ordered a martini with sugar on the rim, the same as the first drink. The first drink had sugar around the entire rim as is normal, but the second drink only had the sugar on 1/4 of the rim. The food was okay, but nothing out of the ordinary and I would ask in the future about what an item really is because they were what was in the menu, but in a nontypical presentation. Mine was supposed to be multiple enchiladas and they were stacked on each other rather than side by side and a smaller size than typical. We then were asked about desert and the came out with a unique presentation of the dessert menu which was nice, but it then took 15 minutes for the waitress to come take our order. I expected more. I provided feedback through my Hilton app and was told that the manager would be contacting me, but I never heard anything. I would recommend that when booking you choose a higher level floor. The Bar was directly under our room on the third floor and was quite loud in our room on the weekend night .
