One of the most comfortable rooms we’ve stayed in! Staff were excellent, valet service was quick, and the hotel was clean. The bed was superb, as well! Only complaint is that one of the sinks in our room wouldn’t drain. We’ll be back!

I wrote a full review and Trip Advisor lost it when I went to add photos. It is not worth reviewing this hotel in detail twice. (Trip Advisor blew up again. Add in some testing if the app?) Here are the highlights: - Small, dark room. With the blings open and every light on, it is still small and dark - Nothing "deluxe" about the "deluxe king room with sitting area" - "Sitting area" is two chairs stuck in the corner - There is no workout facility. You have access to a place that is a four minute walk away and is only open 6am to 7pm. Sorry. Photo blows up the app. - The shower has the "half glass only" wall, so be prepared to flood the floor - There is no place to even open the luggage rack - The valet personnel are friendly and engaging; your car will be parked next door in an outside lot, accessible to anyone who walks by - There is a hairdryer and mini-fridge, as well as a safe - There are no bars of soap; there are YMCA-style wall dispensers only There are a lot of hotels in Albuquerque. Try a different one.

After a long drive from Houston, we were so glad when we made it to the hotel. Daniel in valet was extremely personable and welcoming. We ended up getting a corner room overlooking the mountains. Once we get settled in, we hit Char (their lobby restaurant). Oh! Almost forgot about the live music. Nice touch! Julienne and Kelsey (?) at the bar Saturday night were amazing! The burger was delicious and my son really enjoyed his steak. We ordered way too much food. The decor of the hotel was very chic and perfect for the area. Loved the alcoves in the lobby. Each one has its own decor. I wish I would have bought some of the fragrance they use in the lobby. No pool but you do get access to the fitness center across the street. I wish we weren’t in a hurry to get to Reno. Thank you all for a wonderful stay!

I read a number of reviews prior to booking. Many good and many no so good. I decided to go for it. My experience was good with a few exceptions. The front desk help needs work. Very bad. The hotel is gorgeous. Our valet was fantastic. Room was great and comfy. Large TV in my suite. Price reasonable. I do not use the amenities so I can not speak to them

We were checked in by a lady being trained, the lady training her totally ignored us and they were more interested in what they were doing, which was a shame. They missed the opportunity to tell us about the hotel and the restaurants and the facilities and of course make us feel welcomed. The hotel advertises leisure facilities this is not correct they have access to some, and one is ten minutes away, this should be amended we wouldn’t have stayed here if we were aware of this. There is valet parking, don’t bother there is a cheaper car park less than a few minutes walk away The room was clean and the bed comfy, the shower head needs maintenance, as it had blockages affecting the pressure, the water bottles in the room is charged at $8!! Overall a nice hotel, some areas like the staff check in, room maintenance, fitness facilities and that water cost needs some attention
