Unfriendlinesses of the spa hostess. She seems to be more concerned with her mobile phone than giving us the needed information. Rooms were not 100% clean. Corners weren’t vacuumed for ages and general maintenance needs to be done. At first glance all looks clean and perfect but when taking a closer look you see the defects and lack of cleanliness.

This hotel was next to metro station Tianta. Club lounge happy hour was so great to provide steak, fried fish, lamb, and sushi and a lot of local cuisines. Breakfast for Hilton diamond members was also various and delicious in the restaurant. Lobby was impressive with a lot of different animal sculptures. Room was very luxurious.

From the minute we walked out of the taxi to the minute we left the lobby, the staff were fabulous. Incredibly clean suite and the breakfast was one of the best hotel buffets I’ve experienced so far in China. Fabulous. Will definitely be back!

Beautiful hotel nicely situated in Nankai. The hotel is welcoming with airy and high ceiling in the lobby, punctuated with nice art. It was my first time going there and I must complement the excellent service, particularly from Ms. Carol Fu. We had lunch that was most impressive at the Brasserie G, off Bamboo restaurant. The food and service were first class. Chef Kim explored dishes inspired from Vietnam, Malaysia and as one cannot travel at the moment, it was a welcoming tour through delicious food! We will return, and I highly recommend!

Fabulous rooms with great amenities - TWG Tea, Shanghai Tang toiletries, smart toilet. Bathroom an absolute delight. Glorious lounge for Afternoon Tea. Fantstic service by the lounge attendants. A must! service started before my arrival with Leehom Li who took care of my questions relating to travel document issues. Well done. Overall, great value for money and while the club lounge was closed, the hotel did a good job providing alternative venues. Lastly, a5 minute walk from the subway station is a big plus. I had a couple issues though but am happy with management's response.

I stayed at the property for a week and was very impressed by the hotel and all it’s staff. The rooms are state of the art with the latest technology and very good in size. The service of the staff is excellent. There a mall hardly a few feet from the hotel with lots of restaurants which is great. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting this city

This has been my first experience with Conrad hotel in Tianjin. Located around Tianjin radio&TV Tower, it takes only about 30min to get to the hotel from airport or train station. As a HH Diamond elite member, I was honored to be upgraded with a deluxe suite. The services of concierge was of perfect to me. Especially thanks for Amy and Marsem for their heartful service.

希尔顿的高端品牌康莱德终于在天津也有了，听闻8月份开业，赶上圣诞节来住一晚，也蹭蹭热闹，酒店的大堂设计感很强，房间宽敞舒适，因为是从Expedia的预定，还准备了水果，很惊喜，酒店服务很好，洗漱用品喜欢，晚上问服务员多要了一套，很快就送来了，挨着天塔和水上公园，交通方便，下次还会再来

Stayed in the Conrad for one night - happened to be thanksgiving and Christmas tree lights ceremony. Good atmosphere and staff were fantastic. Room was laa as the and well equipped. A good location and with restaurants nearby. I definitely will be going back will check out the fitness and pool next time.
