The staff was very friendly, but kind of dysfunctional. The mom and daughter spent 20 minutes back-and-forth on what room to put me in. When I walked into the room, they gave me I could not believe it. It was a borderline someplace that even a homeless person wouldn't sleep. When I told them I wish I could get my money back they did switch me to another room. It was better but still dirty. needless to say, I will never return

I could not tell you. When we got there. They did not have a room for us.

The fact that even though they cancelled on us. They still charged us. So not only did we have to find another room. But I had to call Oyo to get my money back. I did get my money back the next day though. Good thing I had some extra money for another Hotel.

I was beyond happy with my stay at oyo,, from the immediate smell of a clean and fresh hotel room the minute you walk in the door to the amazing soaps and lotions. I would highly reccomend coming here again! I had an amazing stay and they were very accommodating

No hair dryer haha!

Did not like the room. Needs renovation and deep cleaning—daily cleaning would be great. Bathroom was unkempt. Smoke alarm was swapped out and old one remained on the bathroom counter. Everywhere else was sold out and this was a last minute reservation so we had no choice.
