Price was ok

The room stunk, at night it was really loud in the hall couldn't sleep.

The rooms were pleasant and access to freeway was easy.

I didn't like the $100 deposit for a room, it's been 3 days and still haven't been reimbursed my deposit yet.

Front staff very unfriendly and curt. The shower floor felt like it was gonna fall through. They floors were very dirty.

The property really needs some upgrades. The building throughout was dirty, the property outside had trash all over. You had to be careful where you walked your dog. There were a lot of homeless people wandering around the property. Our room was really sad. The bathroom had mold around the tub, the floor looked like it hadn't been mopped in a long time. There were big scratches on the walls and door. There was a big red smug on the back of the bathroom door that looked like blood. The kitchen was very dirty. The carpet was really dirty. You could feel the springs in the bed. And it is very noisy. Also we have traveled across country many times and have stayed at a lot of La Quintas because they didn't charge pet fees. This one does.

Breakfast was good although the website said they had omelets and they did not just normal breakfast and no bacon or potatoes

TV was confusing could not get channels to work and when asked front desk all the said was try the channel guide which was no help so had to watch whatever we could get Website that my wife and I looked at said that the hotel had a restaurant and lounge which they did not, also said room service which when we asked about room service they said it was door dash
