Still under renovation. So ask for a room away from the construction area. Everything was quiet until 8am and it was not unnecessarily loud.

Nice room, except for the noise.

On going construction starting around 7am until 5pm, even on Sunday. Workers tracking dirt and blown insulation throughout the building. Dog down from our room barking incessantly. Called front desk and they said they were working on it. Kept up until we left for the day. Again that evening. Called front desk and asked if they had contacted the owner. They said they were trying. It appears that someone was using the room for a kennel. Guest across the hall said dog was barking off and on all night. I strongly suggested the front desk to contact humane society to pick up dogs and remove the people who were in the room. Nothing done. Couldn't wait to leave.

The property is located on Saint Mary’s College campus. And it is walking distance to Notre Dame. The room was nice. We stayed on the Saint Mary’s floor. The free breakfast was adequate and the staff was wonderful.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the property, but they were under renovation. I’m looking forward to seeing it when the renovation is.
