"They Coulda Done Better!!"

My wife and friend arrived to find the “walk- in” rate was $100.00 less than the booked rate. Also, there was major construction going on. This wasn’t mentioned when booking. The construction started early in the morning continued till 6 PM. Dust was everywhere. Workers in the hallway. Not what I would expect for a $250 room with tax. The manager should have informed the guest of the ongoing construction and allowed a cheaper rate based on what they were charging for a walk-in. Or helped them book elsewhere. Totally unacceptable.

"Loved the updated room, the breakfast, and the price"

Due to construction, the entrance was moved to a different location which was near the breakfast area. That worked out well. We were happy to have an updated room that was not near the active construction. We also liked the breakfast items. Pancakes, waffles, eggs, bacon, yogurt …

"Do not stay - terrible service for booking and billing"

I called to cancel my reservation days in advance (within the allotted time) and they refused / said they could not, nor would they send me a confirmation of cancelling. Then, they billed me twice, sent me a survey asking about my guest experience, and now I have to work with my bank to get over $500 back due to their errors and terrible service from employees.

"Quick trip"

The staff were truly kind and made my brief visit very enjoyable. I was kept informed of the changes due to construction ahead of time, and the breakfast buffet (especially the gentleman greeting all the guests) was the icing on the cake. An all around great stay for work.

Nothing, looking forward to the updates on the lobby, etc for the next time.
