Beds were comfortable

Breakfast left a lot to be desired for such a strong point online and coffee was awful

Staff was extremely rude and impatient.

Room was a good size for your stay.

The indoor pool was not available as stated it would be when we booked.

Not much except waffles, pastries, and cereal. Coffee machine made terrible coffee.

For the price I guess it was fine

I didn't like how they kept my $100 deposit cause I accidentally dropped a little Gatorade on there cheap white jail looking bed blankets that's definitely not worth a $100 and the Gatorade slot would have come out in the wash! They tried to say it was dog pee which is not true! What makes matters worse is I was stranded in glasgow couldn't afford a room but had no choice but then they keep my deposit which was all money I had left out my disability check until next month but I guess that don't matter as long as it's not them struggling! I do not recommend this hotel cause those people are crooks and will do what they can to keep your money but I'll be taking them to civil court thats for damn sure!

Had an awful smell Paul was shut down and while I was trying to figure out how to cancel my reservation, front desk was just staring and pressuring me to hurry up and check in and didn’t seem to care when I explained the only reason we booked the hotel was for the pool
