Location. This was the worst hotel I have stayed at

I turned my heater on and something started burning and the smoke detector went off. Staff did absolutely nothing about it. The ceiling and door were falling apart. WiFi didn't work. Bathroom was very dirty. The "clean" towels smelt terrible. The list goes on. I will never stay at a days in again

The beds were very comfortable the kids loved the pool and the rooms were very clean.

Them taking a $100.00 deposit. I didn’t smoke and I picked up everything in my room.I ask the cleaning lady if I could strip the bed for her that way it would make it a little easier for her .

There was something leaking from the ceiling into the pool that looked like oil and the fan wasn’t working that circulates the air. There was green mold growing on the ceiling and around the pool area. We requested our money back. They close the pool and said they would refund our money. We had to go to another place to get another hotel. we are waiting for our refund now we have pictures and we have submitted them to you all.

No elevator, which isn't a big deal, just an inconvenience. I sought out a hotel with an indoor pool to enjoy, but the water in the pool was too cold to get in. The breakfast wasn't great. I would have expected some kind of fruit, a banana or an apple. No fruit. No yogurt. There was a waffle maker, toast, bagels, raisin bran and froot loops. There was a $100 deposit for each of 2 rooms. I went through both rooms at check out to make sure there was no damage or excessive mess. There was not. Both rrmotes were left on the dressers. One deposit was refunded a couple of days later. The other was not and went from a hold to a full charge of my account. I called the property and asked to speak to a manager. The desk clerk said there was no manager on duty and said she would help me. I explained the situation. She basically called me a liar and said they did not charge a deposit. I told her it was finalized on my account and she kept talking over me, louder and louder. I told her not to yell at me, she kept yelling, so I hung up and called the customer service line. They said there was nothing they could do about the security deposit because that was up to each independently owned hotel. I said, but it's okay to yell at customers that call to speak to a manager? She said somebody will call me within the week.
